I liked this hotel, its staff and location. And it also had absolutely gorgeous view. Nicely presented venue in vibrant area. Restaurant was delightful and well priced. Nice garden and brilliant pool. Actually everything was exceptional, my next choice again in Betws-y-Coed.

Good value, exceptionally great location. The whole place was impeccably clean and the staff were really accommodating. Picturesque view, a lovely balcony, amazing bed, too. Generous breakfast, good service. Had relaxing drinks in the sky bar in the evening: D

The beds are great, breakfast is superb and the staff are all fabulous. The units are very specious, normal double. Location is unbeatable, just a short stroll away from sappers suspension bridge. Great service too.

The staff is friendly at all levels. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Hangin' Pizzeria that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Hotel included a pool too. Was an amazing base for weekend.

Wonderful room and sensational breakfast. We went to Y Stablau for dinner, it was only 600 metres away and we were satisfied.
